Y5 Maths & English Challenge

Once again, Hymers hosted their annual ‘We’ve Got Problems’ maths challenge for Year 5 students. However, this year our English department joined in the fun and hosted a ‘We’ve Got Issues’ challenge too!

Teams from primary schools around the local area joined us for some fun-filled puzzles and activities with the help of some Year 10 and Year 12 Hymers students. We have been amazed by the quality of the work that the Year 5 students have produced and we have enjoyed seeing lots of smiley faces.
