Hymers College operates a computerised cashless cafeteria system.
All pupils will need to be in possession of a student ID card to use the cafeteria, this will be issued by ICTS to all new starters and linked to ParentPay. Payments can then be made through ParentPay to top up the lunch account, to ensure this always remains in credit. Activation codes and instructions for ParentPay will be issued by Finance to all new starters.
Reminders will be emailed when balances get below £0.00. The menu and price list is available on Schoogle.
If a card is lost, this should be reported as soon as possible to No.83 Reception so that it can be cancelled and the credit balance transferred to a replacement card. Replacement cards are issued for a charge of £3.00, the payment of which will be collected through ParentPay.
